Paula was worth her weight in gold throughout our purchase process. Her in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the property, the area and the market itself made it easy to trust her guidance. We also appreciated that while we never waited long for a response from Paula (generally within the hour!) her focus and attention was with us rather than tending to phone calls etc when in person which in turn made us and our time feel valued.
