Market knowledge and professionalism very good.

Paula's market knowledge was very good. It was a testing market; we had spent quite a bit of money on staging. So were a little disappointed to learn after 4 weeks the question hadn't been asked of potential buyers about how the price sat with them. I think Paula's professionalism may have erred on the side of being too cautious in our case, not wanting to influence our decision on the price we were asking. Once we had voiced our concerns, (as all the feedback we had was very positive, but no sale.)Paula promptly followed up, and we decided that in the present climate, the asking price was a little high. Paula immediately had the place signed up with one of the first interested parties. A learning curve for us all in this difficult economic climate. We would still recommend and use Paula again to sell or purchase a property for us.
