Paula helped the reviewer sell this property

Paula's skills and dedication brought us success in a surprisingly short space of time.

We followed a extensive selection process to choose the right real estate agents for us. We selected Paula, Blair and the Bailey's team and they did not let us down. At the beginning they sat down with us and explained everything we needed to know and recommended we go for tender process, which we agreed to. Although the house did not sell at tender, we appreciated the wisdom of following the tender process as the first step. The communication from Paula was very good and we received weekly updates and regular phone calls to keep us updated on interest in the property. When setting a price to market the property at, Paula demonstrated very good market knowledge which enabled us to advertise the property at an attractive price. Paula was good at providing market data on which to make such decisions. Marketing material developed by Paula and the team included a video, web pages, and Flyers all of which were produced at a very high standard. This enabled the property to be marketed in a very positive light. The house was marketed quite widely on quite a few web sites. Paula and the team held regular open homes which gave maximum exposure of our house to potential buyers. This was backed up by carrying out private viewings. A successful offer and negotiation followed a private viewing. Paula did an excellent job of negotiating the price resulting in a happy buyer and a happy seller. Paula and the Bayleys team always showed utter professionalism in all our dealings with them which resulted in an excellent outcome.
