At the time Paul asked to do a free appraisal of my property I had no intention of selling. I rightly felt he had taken on a difficult task, and when he presented me with his appraisal I was impressed by the research he had done. So when my circumstances changed I felt I could trust him to take on the sale of my property. He was very good to work with and gave me good advice. The Open Homes were very well advertised and run, and his follow up was quick and thorough. I admire his work ethic and easy way with people. Not only did he keep me informed but he organized a link with my three children who greatly valued his contact with them. Preparations for an auction were carried out well with an excellent board outside my property with top class photographs including ones from drones. I attended the auction and was made to feel relaxed and confident. I was very happy with the result and I would certainly recommend Paul and his team to anyone wanting an agent they could trust and with whom they could feel confident in all respects.
