I was recommended Paul by a friend who lives in Mt Albert so I was concerned he was not familiar with my area. This was certainly not the case as his office was with in walking distance from my home. Selling a home is very stressful and Paul handled my stress extremely well. At all times he listened to my opinion but if he did not agree responded in a very professional way. Communication was exceptional but not over the top. The thing I appreciated the most was unless a potential buyer was serious they were not shown my apartment other than at open homes which were held every weekend. I also liked the fact my property was solely managed by Paul but with input from his collegues. Wish I had known him when I sold my last home as working in a very stressful occupation having agents wanting to come through my home with 20 minutes notice terrible.
