Paul is professional, experienced, courteous and well motivated. However the final stages of negotiations did pose a number of difficulties and stress for us and we felt unsupported in that we were having to defend the quality and integrity of our home against unreasonable demands and issues raised by the eventual purchasers and conveyed by one of the associated agents; and then we were perturbed to be told that the purchasers “felt under pressure” at the pre- settlement inspection which was absolutely not the case as far as we were concerned as we had given them every opportunity to ask questions of us.

Paul has excellent knowledge of the market for the property we were selling. He gave great advice and was extremely efficient in achieving a successful sale for us.
