An Excellent Agent

Paul gave us a very honest appraisal of our house. He pointed out exactly what needed to be done prior to marketing, the negatives of the property and of course what he would feature. The sale figure he gave us was a lot lower then we had hoped but because of this we did not have an inflated idea of the sale price and were very impressed with the number of buyers he attracted to the house, the number bidders at the auction and the sale price he achieved. I would use Paul again for any house sale.
