I went house hunting expecting the usual three viewings, three "hmm, maybe"s, and a slow spiral into despair. Instead, I got Paul aka Paulo. The man had the patience of a saint and the persistence of a Labrador who's spotted a tennis ball he simply would not give up until I found my fale. Three properties in, we struck gold. My dream home! I don't know if it was skill, magic, or just Paulo refusing to let me leave without a house, but here we are. Pat, if you're reading this, give the man a bonus, a raise, or at the very least a very enthusiastic hug. He's earned it. From the beginning Paul was excellent in his communication and planning for trying to get the best outcome for me. He was very diligent at all times and had several different approaches to how we could get the best result. At all times he was transparent and realistic to manage my expectations which was greatly appreciated.
