Great first experience purchaser

It has been a great experience working with Paul throughout our endeavour to purchase our first home. Bringing a sense of positivity with our interactions, he built a very comfortable space for us to offer questions & feedback even to the extent of having genuine and warm conversations with our children. Possibly being a tactic of the trade, but we felt like Paul had a good idea of what we were after in our first home and offered us promising alternatives if this house fell through. He is very responsive with any questions that we have about the home, has a pretty good idea of any dialog and largely gets the exact information that we need. It's been a pleasure working with Paul thus far and we're excited to get to get through the next steps of moving into our whare with Paul.
