Selling your home in today's climate is extremely hard, especially when homes had been purchased at their peak . Communication is essential and Paul excelled in this area. We were pleased with the efforts taken today secure a buyer for our own. We didn't get the price we were chasing , but we had to way up the challenges of waiting or selling now.
