From start (actually, way before we actually started) to finish Paul guided us, advised us, gave us tips, market info and updates with friendly, knowledgeable professionalism. He helped us navigate some really tricky issues, and he did so calmly and patiently, adapting his marketing accordingly. Selling your home in today's climate is extremely hard, especially when homes had been purchased at their peak . Communication is essential and Paul excelled in this area. We were pleased with the efforts taken today secure a buyer for our own. We didn't get the price we were chasing , but we had to way up the challenges of waiting or selling now.
