Have to admit, prior to meeting Paul and Katie I didn't think much of Agents. So much so that I had sold a property myself and saved a dahm fortune. What I didn't save was time or energy. I only realised that when Paul and Katie arrived on the scene to sell our property. What an absolute delight they are. Who knew they would bring expertise, passion and willingness beyond what we ever expected. Yes we received the sales reports, open home feedback and on going assurance that the property will sell. All very professional and useful. However, what actually mattered to us was thier honesty! Communicated in the kindest way, they told us what was happening in the market, why the property wasn't selling and what to do about it! They even offered to help, like put on the workbooks kind of help. And they did. Who actually does that! Add to this, Paul and Katie treated us a long time friends, constantly checking in to see how we are in general, as friends do.
