Persistence in a tough market
Paul was great throughout the whole process of selling our mum’s house. Despite some property barriers outside of his control, he persisted and got us a result we were happy with.

Sadly this process was undermined by people's paranoia about flooding despite the fact the property had never flooded. I hoped to get more for the property, but this issue prevented it. You guys were brilliant to deal with. You were very supportive, knowledgeable and understanding which made my job so much easier. When dealing with such good clients, you want to deliver an outstanding result, which unfortunately was not possible in this circumstance.
