Friendly and very helpful agent from a buyers perspective

We purchased a house down the street from our current home for which Paul was the agent. From our experience of going to many open homes over the years, Paul had a very friendly low-pressure approach to all of our interactions, of which there became many as we joined multiple open homes, including at least one off the regular schedule, and eventually navigated the successful house purchase. What we appreciated the most though was Paul's extended help facilitating our taking ownership of the house a few months after purchase. We had just started a long overseas trip when the auction occurred (we called in by whatsapp with the help of another Ray White agent). During the 3.5 months that it took us to return, Paul kept the house keys, checking on the house regularly through the winter and meeting multiple contractors who we had requested come through to quote renovation work. On our return, Paul was there to meet us with the keys and a bottle of bubbles. Top marks from our perspective and a very pleasant experience overall. Thank you, Paul!
