Downsizing is not easy, but Paul helped us over the hurdle.

Once we had made the decision to retire to a smaller home, and to move down from a hilly section to the flat, it was crunch time. We had looked at different options, but always leaned towards maintaining ownership rather than deferred management fees. So, we called the Professionals. Paul Butcher was our man. He gave us that final 'nudge', as he walked and talked us through the process of buying and selling, with great patience and perseverance, and above all professionalism. Paul and his team found us a lovely home to retire in. The sale of our house all happened in a flash, realising everything that Paul had promised.
