He strongly recommended getting an independent builders report rather than referring to the Vendor’s commissioned report of about a year before settlement. This highlighted to me an excellent degree of integrity, and that he was looking out for the buyer aswell as the seller. When there was a little bit of time tightness and deadlines loomed fir for conditions being satisfied, he expertly helped in liaising between myself and the vendors, which was tricky as one of the trustees was overseas and in a different time zone at the time . All in all I'd strongly recommend Chris and Harcourts in any property transactions.
