We spent no time during this process with Paul Butcher. We spent lots of time working directly with Chris Ingram, a member of team Butcher, and this review is entirely focused on our experience. We met Chris looking at an older listing, we were about 2 months into house hunting and we're looking at places that had been sitting a while. An offer had fallen through and we were back on the hunt. Overall, we had a very pleasant house viewing experience at that property, though we did not buy it. Instead we talked with Chris, who after playing 20 questions, informed us of an 'ugly duckling' type property that had been sitting for a few months now - cosmetically it needed a little attention, but it was move in ready and overall sound. It fit our needs, was within our price range and the whole presentation and experience was professional. Communications were returned speedily, and there were no questions left unanswered. He facilitated a rapid negotiation, and we left satisfied with the outcome. Overall, Chris Ingram gave us a fantastic first home buyer experience.

Past experience has made me suspicious of real estate agents...inflating the estimated to price to get the listing and then gradually knocking it down over time.
