Paul is a legend, a superstar. He helped us, when we were looking to buy our first home, a daunting task, but he made it look so easy and before we knew it, we had moved into our first home. He kept in touch over the years, sending us cards and Easter buns!! So naturally after spending 3 great years in the house when it was time to sell and move on we gave the sale to Paul without any hesitations. House was sold in a week and he even got in the price we expected. Paul, Richard and Katja did an amazing job of setting up the House, photos, video, adverts and open homes, were done so professionally, and worth all the money paid. Paul Butcher and Richard were very professional in all dealings with the sale of my house at 46g Castlerea Street. As well as explaining the procedures from the beginning of the process to its successful end they were understanding of the need to give me clarity as the requirements here were different to in my country. They kept in touch with me during the ups and one down and were always confident of a good outcome.This they did achieve for me as well as keeping to my quite narrow time frame. Although the time of year was very good for sales so they were very busy they always gave me plenty of their time and that of all their staff. As well as their obvious pleasure at the result they delivered this with professionalism and an added plus of gentle humour. Paul was fantastic to deal with especially when the going got rough. My sale didn't end up being a straight forward event and Paul handled it better than anyone and delivered right through to the end.
