Paul sold our first home, sold us our new build, so we knew he was the man for the job. We signed on when the market was still strong, but over the Xmas break the market drastically shifted. What should of taken 10 days, took 4 months to sell. Through that stressful time (as we were unconditional and bridging on our new house) Paul and Richard went above and beyond to get our house sold. When people said change agents, we KNEW that team Butcher was doing everything in their power, including offering up some of their commission to get it sold. The communication and commitment never wavered. Extra phone calls to check in on us were also appreciated. Although we didn't end up with the $$ we were hoping for due to the change in market, we got the end result of a SOLD sign as I watch other houses similar still sit on the market to date. Would absolutely use Paul again if we were ever to sell this house!

As the buyers, I wasn't expecting to have such a fantastic service from the vendors agent. It felt like Paul worked for us. At the end of the phone whenever we needed him, fantastic communications and updates, personal visits so we didn't need to travel, extra viewings arrange 3 times and 1 within 10 mins of calling. Premium service, down to earth, good sense of humour, honest, informative and really willing to liaise for all parties concerned. Wouldn't recommend anyone else after this experience. Amazing.
Paul and his team did a excellent job in enabling my Mum's house to be sold .It came at a difficult time in the house market with house prices starting to fall and less individuals able to obtain deposits for homes.
