Nice people, could have been more prepared

Good people, nice to see a family-based team. On the viewings they didn't have a lot of the answers around the house on hand, which isn't the end of the world but thought could be improved. When we went to make the offer, they sent the wrong sales and purchase agreement with someone else's details and property on it which i found was a bit unprofessional.
