I couldn’t have got a better agent than Paul.

First of all I would like to say that considering I had never sold or purchased a home before, everything was new to me and thank goodness I was lucky enough to have Paul as my agent. He showed me a couple of second hand houses, but they weren’t suitable and when he showed me thru this brand new home, I knew this was the one for me. I had come from an older property and was finding it difficult to look after it due to a health problem, so now I have my new place and I don’t think I would ever get a better property. I am well and truely settled in and any family or friends who have seen it have all said I wouldn’t get a better property. I didn’t complain about one aspect of my new home and the help and advice I got from Paul was 100%. Thank you Paul from L J Hooker Mosgiel. Also I would like to talk about Caitlin. I didn’t have as much to do with Caitlin, but when I did I was impressed. Caitlin took me thru this property when her father was otherwise engaged and found she was very helpful and had a very nice manner. I was amazed at her young age and the knowledge she knew about real estate. Since that day I haven’t had a lot to do with her, but when I did I was impressed.
