When Paul said he could sell my Fathers home in a couple of weeks, I really didn't believe him. But living in Auckland and trying to organise a house sale in Mosgiel and pack it up in a week, I had to go with the first agent I selected. I also had a private buyer lined up, but could only give them a couple of days to make a decision, I decided Paul's lowest expected price less his commission / fees would be a fair price, and rounded down to the nearest thousand. They couldn't decide in the time given so I listed. Paul agreed to wave his commission if this buyer came forward and was the excepted offer.
