Paul wasn’t very helpful. He never took us seriously as buyers, so never returned my phone calls, before I put my offer in he never returned my call, I had to call him. He put the complete wrong names on the sales and purchase agreement, and put the vendors name wrong too, so it had to be done 3 times. My wife is 9 months pregnant and we have a toddler, so we requested that the house be left clean, he kept repeating the vendor have a young family, like it’s too much effort, so the house was left filthy, they hadn’t even bothered to vacuum and a cat had relieved itself inside. When you pay over a million dollars for a house it would be nice if was clean. I have dealt with 4 realestate agents before Paul. The market is so hot right now and we got the impression he felt like he didn’t have to put in any effort with us as buyers. We were quite disappointed and will not be recommending him to potential sellers or buyers. On a positive note, he did have some helpful joinery tips for the kitchen, when we came for our pre settlement inspection.
