Knowing that Patrick was selling our home for us we had absolutely know worries! He went the extra mile to help get our house ready for sale and looking it’s absolutely best. Patrick is fully on top of his game and his knowledge of what is going on with the market was excellent, he knew what was happening in our area and all the recent sales and listings, in which he kept us up to date with. He was fully able to advise us on every angle when it came to the crunch of the actual sale but with absolutely no pressure on us. His communication through the whole process was excellent, we always knew what was happening and where things were going. Patrick was an absolute pleasure and nothing was to much trouble for him, he is extremely professional and never dropped the ball, and he always had a smile on his face.
