Although the price we sold our property for was less than we originally wanted, we came to the realisation that the property market is very challenging at present and so we lowered our expectations accordingly. Once we accepted this reality, to "meet the market on price", and being patient, we then put our faith and trust into Patrick to find the right buyer which he eventually did.
