The background of needing to sell a home can vary, our need was very 'divergent'. We had a tricky tenant, and a redundant rental manager... we were hours away from the house we were needing to sell. Being out of town, we had to rely on Patrick to organise everything for us. We weren’t disappointed. He worked very well with our tenants to make sure they were comfortable with the process. He organised tradespeople for small jobs that needed doing to make sure our property was presented in the best light. Reports were sent though regularly and we were kept in the loop with any updates. And ultimately we achieved the price we wanted at auction. We can’t thank Patrick enough and will definitely ask him to help us with any future sales of our properties.
