Sold property that was quite hard to sell.

Patrick has been with us for our selling of our family home, purchase of new family home and a sale of an investment property. Who would have thought we would have so much trouble selling our beautiful investment property. We bought in a good market. Expecting that in 5 years time it would grow its value, but how wrong were we. Everything went wrong in those 5 years. I mean you cant predict this! Patrick stayed with us and with his determination, hard work and persistence, he found a buyer. He reassured us and he communicated with us constantly. Lizzy is also amazing, always there to help. What a team! We can't thank them enough for helping us to get to this moment where its all perfect. We love this move we made, its changed our lives and created more time for family.
