Patrick was incredibly helpful in my first home purchase. He explained everything that I was unsure about and put no pressure on me which is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the vendors left the house in a terrible state: lawns incredibly long, recycling bins and garage full of rubbish, interior not cleaned at all, took keys with them, and left their cat behind. Patrick was helpful in trying to remedy these issues but I had to clean the house, mow the lawns and collect all the rubbish left behind which took a lot of time and effort

Patrick was very helpful and enabled a smooth agreement being reached. Communication throughout has been exceptional.

We have been looking for a house for so long and was very excited when our offer was excepted and our finance approved. We met Patrick at one of our viewings and he was rather rude and chased us along. So we are expected to view and buy a house in what on 30 minutes. Then our deal went unconditional and it was a huge thing for our family. I asked to be advised when the sold sign would go up as we would have loved to do this and take some photos. Did not happen. When we drove past the sold sign was already up and we did not even get a txt message. It is very clear that there is no consideration for buyers. And its funny because without a buyer there cant be a sale.
