Patrick was exactly what we needed for the sale of our beautiful home. He was a balance of confident, warm and clear in his communication. When we did decide to proceed with the sale, he was honest about the market, always upfront in his information and detailed about home inspections, etc. He struck the right note between being realistic and confident that the sale would go ahead. As we were overseas and in a different time zone, he worked around our schedules and Patrick took care of any maintenance, projects, etc. that needed doing.
