We were always going to ask Pat to sell our home. He came across as an honest person and, for probably a year or more before we sold, he was facilitating private viewings and finding us great potential properties. A professional and accommodating agent; he put together a great marketing package, made open homes easy and, when the situation changed for us, Pat was on the phone well outside office hours getting us the result we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to go with Pat again, if we were buying or selling and you shouldn’t either.
