Pat has an excellent knowledge of the local area/market. My home needed work done - deck painted, bathroom painted, carpet stretched/cleaned, windows cleaned etc, he knew tradesmen and it was all completed within a week and the house was on the market. I was kept in constant touch re people shown through both ad HOC and at open homes. I felt very fortunate to have such a quick sale as it was just at the beginning of the downturn. At that time Pat also had a great secretary who too was really helpful helping an older lady with the vagaries of selling her home. I have no hesitation in recommending Pat (and his team) to other vendors for the sale of their biggest asset.
