We had been looking for our forever home in Auckland for 9 month's. We needed a secure yard for our Rottweiler Zeus where he could play safely without any worry about him being any trouble to neighbour's. When we called Pari about veiwing the house before the planned open home she happily obliged and even moved the viewing time for us so that we could get there without taking time off of work. We were nervous about putting in a offer on the house as we had done it before and not been high enough to be successful in securing the property. Pari encouraged us to put in our best offer and receiving her phone call later that evening to let us know the owners had accepted our offer was a dream come true. Pari explained to the owners why we had put the amount we did for the deposit and eased their minds which allowed them to accept our offer. Pari continued to support us, with regular phone calls to see how we were proceeding with the purchase. We would recommend Pari to anyone who is considering purchasing a home.
