Much better than my selling agent

I had listed my property for sale and Paresh was the buyer's agent, he communicated very well and made the process very seamless and easy, I had made a terrible decision by choosing an agent Kevin who always persuaded me to less for much lesser value, all he wanted was a listing for our property and somehow sell our property without putting in any effort. I wish I had chose Paresh as our agent as my agent was totally useless.
