From the first viewing we felt at ease with Pam. She was welcoming, informative and helpful. She was responsive to our questions and requests for extra information. Pam went the extra mile and offered to be at the property when the power company required someone onsite for the power reconnection. She also arranged for the garden to be weeded, shrubs trimmed and lawn mowed prior to move in date (vendor was based overseas). It was really appreciated. Pam met us onsite to hand over the keys and made sure everything was in order. She also gave us a courtesy call the following week to see how we were, how the move in went and to advise us what day the rubbish bins needed to be out. Very thoughtful and caring. Selling your home can be a daunting process, especially in our case of a relationship separation whilst living in a separation country to the property itself. We met Pamela at one viewing which another buyer got the house, we stayed in touch with Pamela and Pamela with us and always informing us with new properties as we explained we are ready to buy just need the right house. what i liked most is Pamela never pushed us into any deal and never hassled us allot with calls and messages but stayed in touch enough to make us feel she is more there for support and assist us that trying to get a sale out of us. It felt like it became more a partnership trying to help us instead of a rush to sell us a house. We viewed many homes and Pamela started seeing what we like and dislike and then we started looking at homes that is more fit for us until we found one. if we sell or look for another home in the future Pamela will be the 1st person i will reach out to to help us. The thing I used to hate about buying a house is agents who keep calling non stop or push and push and push. Pamela was the opposite which was awesome, same as walking in a shops and get bombarded with sales people trying to sell you something.
