Pam has been an absolute delight to work with, both on the sale of my home & purchase of my new house. She has been professional, kind & generous with her time. Nothing was a bother! Her expert communication skills, guidance & in depth knowledge of the local market has been hugely beneficial. An all round super star!

We are delighted that Pam was recommended to us by several people, and when we first met her we felt so much at ease with her knowledge, friendliness, sense of humour and professionalism. All her recommendations and advice to us regarding the sale of our property were spot on. She carefully guided us through the whole process, and was there for us each step of the way. She managed to achieve a marvelous result for us in record time. We have already recommended her to others, and would not hesitate to engage her services again.

Pam is so professional in every aspect but at the same time a friend that truly wants the best out come for all involved. We brought the property 11 yrs ago thru Pam and I knew exactly who was going to sell it for us Pam all the way.

I loved dealing with Pam. She was not pushy, she was helpful, she was empathetic, she went out of her way to make it easier for me to view and assess the property. It was a ten out of ten experience.

Pam is amazing and we are so glad we sold our home with her. Pam is personable, knowledgeable, hard working and she went above and beyond, helping us with every little detail, right to the last minute, nothing was a problem! Thank you Pam, we appreciate your hard work and are thrilled with the result.

We had been away from Dunedin for 5 years and had lost touch with the Dunedin market. Pam came recommended to us via former professional property colleagues and she exceeded all of our expectations. She communicated clearly and professionally, followed up as required and organized access for contractors and inspectors when needed. The advice she gave us about marketing the property, her follow up with prospective buyers and her ability to represent us and extract the best price for us was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend Pam to anyone selling in the Dunedin market.

We found out dealings with Pam to be hassle free and straightforward

I found Pam's card stuck to my late mothers' fridge - I think she found it in her mailbox. Taking that as a sign, I contacted Pam about the sale and found her to be professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Then two friends independently recommended Pam! She made what was a difficult time easier and gave good advice on getting the house ready for sale, and about the offers that came in. A good result.

Pam has just completed a very successful ccampaign for the sale of our family home. Her advise was excellent and the process of listing was made easy. Her suggestion for sale by auction and reasons for this approach were well explained. The outcome was exceptional. Pam kept us well informed during the three weeks the house was on the maket and the highlight for us was her conducting the auction. Our Mother would have been delighted. Pam had visited Mum for over ten years, giving her regular updates as to the value of her home knowing full well that Mum was not going to sell. Pam's visit were a highlight of her month. Pam is an exceptional real estate agent and I have no hesitation recommending her services. She gets my award for salesperson of the year. Thank you Pam for a wonderful job and for your care for Mum in the preceding years.

Pam assisted in the rapid sale of our property. She gave very sound advice regarding presentation which greatly helped to bring great numbers to the open homes. Pam kept in contact and we were always aware of progress with interested parties. Pam was very professional and I would happily recommend her to other vendors. Thanks Pam

Pam exceeded all expectations. Her knowledge, communication and professionalism was outstanding. She made my purchase easy and hassle free. She was able to advise me through the process of buying a property through auction. I would not hesitate to use Pam in the future, buying or selling a property.
