Together we worked through what needed to be done to get my property ready for the market, and organised a timeline for the sale as well as the method of sale and marketing. Her feedback on responses to the open homes was prompt and informative; she guided me through the auction process (which was very successful!) and even suggested movers and cleaners for a final clean, both companies which she'd had previous good relations with.
