Firstly Pam was very quick to come and look and do an appraisal. I had spoken to a number of agents selling other houses I had looked at potentially buying, they were all talk about coming out and doing an appraisal, none of them showed up! Secondly Pam was bang on with the price. I am always very wary that agents over inflate the value to get you to list, however in my case, with Pam, she got the top $$ within the range she said she thought it was worth. I found Pam’s communication was excellent, I was never wondering where things were at. I got the feeling that Pam really worked on potential buyers until she new they were out, which clearly got two parties excited and ultimately drove the price up. The one thing I would have liked to have been different, is I found I felt very deflated after reading the weekly update report. I understand that it is important to relay the facts, however I think there could be a positive spin on them. I stopped reading them as I felt quite disillusioned and it is important to stay positive. But overall a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pam to anyone I knew that was thinking of selling Cheers, Shane
