Selling and buying house for the first time was a daunting thought and made me feel quite vulnerable. I came into the process feeling nervous and unsure, with very little knowledge, but Pam puts you at ease instantly and makes it feel so much more manageable and even enjoyable. Pam’s kindness, patience, and willingness to answer all my (many!) questions never went unnoticed. Pam took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home, and I always felt genuinely heard and supported. Pam explains things clearly, always available, and never made me feel like I was asking too much, often leaning into my quirkiness along the way, it ment a lot to feel understood during such a big life moment.
