Pam was quick to respond and get back to me with information as well as any documents or where work was required to get the process moving. Very chill and relaxed agent too deal with while at the same time didn't seem very excited or enthusiastic to selling the property. What you see is what you get. Overall Pam is good

Inherently ( as an engineer ) I have a distrust of sales people, as does my sister. But our experience with Pam has been no less than perfect. She and her sidekick ( her husband and business partner ) are by no means your archetypal ''pushy'' and ''in your face'' sales people. They go about their business in a subtle but effective manner that so many sales people could learn from. I have a mental list of real estate people in Hawera I would not touch with a barge pole because I do not resonate with their general attitude . But absolutely we resonate with Pam and her husband. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. We were recommended to them solely by word of mouth and always that is a solid indicator, especially in small communities. We have a second property to on sell and entrust that they will sell at a fair price and in an orderly manner
