We purchased our first home with Paige and we highly recommend her services. Paige is an excellent communicator, she answered any queries we had, making the process a breeze for us. Paige is friendly, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with. We are grateful for her exceptional service and we would be happy to use Paige again for any future dealings.
We were really impressed with Paige & Dee with the sale of our house. They kept us well informed at every step. Their warm & friendly nature made us feel relaxed throughout the journey. Their marketing is exceptional & digital skills top notch. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thanks soo much guys!
I can’t recommend Paige and her team enough. The level of communication and professionalism was outstanding. They worked under pressure to have our home on the market within a week and they sold our home in a blink. Thank you so much Paige. You are a star!!
We had the pleasure of working with Paige, Dee and the Collab team to sell two properties recently, and we couldn't be happier with the results. One property has sold, and the other is under contract. Paige and Dee exceeded our expectations, bringing multiple offers within weeks. Their communication was exceptional, and they made the selling process remarkably smooth. They consistently went above and beyond and were incredibly approachable and easy to work with. We highly recommend the Collab team to anyone looking for skilled, dedicated, and personable agents.
Paige was incredibly supportive in the buying process and meeting our needs as a young family. In a tight market and working with a budget she was incremental in making the process as smooth as possible communicating every step of the way. So thankful to Paige for keeping us in the loop and closing the deal on the next chapter for us.
We worked with Paige as a buyer (as opposed to a seller) and were very happy with the clear communication she provided and her willingness to help. What I found very refreshing was that she was willing to keep our interests in mind, even if she was originally engaged and paid by the sellers. Too often we see real estate agents just chasing the absolute top dollar (even if over-exaggerated and not a fair or reasonable price). Paige was willing to work with us and help us achieve a good outcome for both parties. Thanks again
We sold our house with Paige and it was a seamless process. She's professional, warm and a great communicator. We managed a sale in just over two weeks and were really happy with the result.
Loved Paige’s intelligent and enthusiastic response to marketing our property. There were a few hiccups to navigate during the sales process and Paige managed them professionally with ease and patience. Paige was able to negotiate a sale in a difficult market and achieved an acceptable outcome for us. I would highly recommend Paige and the Colab team
I am telling everyone I know that is interested in selling their property to go with Paige and Dee. We were selling our first home that we had put a lot of love into renovating which was an emotional experience. We were also trying to navigate the process of buying and selling at the same time which was new to us and seemed very stressful. Paige and Dee sat down with us on multiple occasions to explain how the process all works. They advised us not only on selling our house but also found us a house to buy so that the transfer was seamless. They even managed to sell our house within 1 week with multiple offers! This was great for us as we have young kids and keeping the house in a tidy state was not easy. Paige and Dee made us feel consulted through the whole process and most importantly we found we could trust them and their advice. We went with Collab as we like their values as a business to share proceeds rather than compete against each other within the same company. Can not speak highly enough of this team. Would defiantly use them again if needed in the future.
Her ability to relate, connect and work through the details meant that a fabulous result was achieved. Her and Ash were absolute gems to work with. Would 10/10 use the again!
The one word that comes to mind is SUPERB Superb marketing Superb communication Superb sale Being in the industry I knew what to expect and had very high expectations, Paige and Dee well and truly exceeded this! Their marketing was on point and made our property stand out from the crowd within this market, their advice and communication was faultless which resulted in multiple offers over a short period of time. I can not recommended COLLAB enough - if you want the job done then there is not one but two ladies you need to talk to - Paige and Dee. Many thanks
We’ve just sold our second home with Paige and Dee. We were selling in a difficult market, but Paige & Dee never waivered in their dedication to getting us a good result, and communication was excellent throughout the process. We can’t imagine selling a house with anyone else
