She helped arrange access when needed, especially to things like the water source which we needed to see before purchasing. Some key info came through late, and we only found out the auction time had changed by double-checking ourselves — which was stressful after booking leave. We have been disappointed to learn of additional issues with the property that were not bought up in the builders report. Overall, Kristin was helpful in the auction process and supporting us with additional viewings and the wider Phelps Team were professional. With stronger communication, the experience could have been smoother.
