Owen was keen to get me on the books as he reckoned he had a buyer. I never approached him. Sold for a good price but wasn't sure when negotiating the final price whether his main interest was for the seller or the buyer. Often hard to read the body language. Overall he clinched and sealed the deal quickly.
I have dealt with Owen over the past 3 months or so while buying and selling my house. The sale was very quick , and Owen & Khali found a buyer in 10 days. While I was looking for the next house Owen took me to visit about 6 or seven places, and helped me view them, with my needs in mind.
