Friendly, hard working and great communication

As our real estate agent when we were selling a flat, Olivia was always very friendly and approachable. She held open homes both days of every weekend the flat was on the market, and gave immediate feedback after each one. Olivia was knowledgeable about what was going on in the market and gave us pertinent advice (even when it was a tough conversation to have).
