Oksana really pushed for us to get into our first beautiful home. She worked hard to get our offer accepted as well as getting the owner to pay for a second valuation due to unexpected circumstances. Oksana is very professional and focused on the job. Very well connected, knowledgeable of the market situation, in assessing the house with you and defining & executing and action plan to reach the objective. He knows how to get full support from Harcourts, and she will work tersely. We first bought 37 Greendale Av with her in November 2019, and that job well done gave us also very good results now that we have sold the house in October 2022. We are active and diligent, but we had Oksana helping and advising us every step of the way, which in this case was very important as Angelina is in Christchurch but I am in Australia. Always excellent manners and available on phone, WhatsApp, email, etc. Top class agent and a very nice person.
Throughout the process Oksana have been amazing to deal with.
