This allowed her to bring a very strong multi offering to us for consideration - with the opportunity for back up offers if required. Oksana didn't stop there though - she continued to make sure all conditions were able to be met and went above and beyond to be an on the ground presence. This meant that even last-minute hiccups were not a problem. In my opinion, Oksana both optimised value for us and achieved a settlement completion that I'm not sure another agent would have.
