We engaged Oana to sell a property that needed some care in a delicate family situation. We did not reside in Papamoa which made things more difficulty at our end. Oana went above and beyond, arranging contractors so the property could be tidied up and dealing with the occupier sensitively. She was fantastic with her communication and achieved a great result.
