Oana helped the reviewer buy this property

Oana Simmons

Oana has been our real estate agent for a number of years. During this time we have found her to be a hard working, honest and reliable agent. The purchase of 80A The Boulevard was dependent on her being able to work with us and the seller in a very professional manner. The white hot market required someone who had experience and a good working knowledge of this environment. She was able to guide us with sound advice regarding price, location and rental prospects for this particular property. At all times she kept us informed of property listings and comparative sales in that area. She was able to secure this property prior to to auction which was both beneficial to ourselves and the vendor. We would like to thank her for the time and effort she put into securing this property for us.
