Oana is Exceptional !

I found Oana to be very proactive and professional. She first appealed to me as she was proactive in asking me to sell my house through Harcourts (along with her business partner Kelly Batchelar), when I met them at an open home. I thought that if she is showing to me that she is proactive, then I want her to sell my house! This assumption proved to be true, as she enlisted me quickly giving me all the information that was required, and then organised the sale process very efficiently. She contacted a list of potential buyers before the house was even on the market. This gave a quick result whereby I received a very good pre-auction offer from one of those buyers after being on the market for a week. I accepted this offer, with her knowledgeable help on this huge decision and do not have any regrets. She was not pushy and gave me great guidance. She also paid great attention to detail and followed up the sale professionally with everything that needed to be taken care of until the settlement date. Oana continued her wonderful service finding the perfect home for me to buy! She was just as proactive in this process, contacting other real estate agents of houses I was interested in viewing and spending time in viewing them. She was helpful in giving her honest opinions of the houses I looked at. She was very customer focused and made herself available for viewing homes at any time! She understood what I wanted and went the extra mile to help me – nothing was too much trouble for her. I will recommend Oana to everyone I know.
