I have found Nyrelle and James pretty good with their communication skills, (sometimes a bit overboard, especially when I am busy with work and can't hear my phone going off let alone barely hear what's being said (a lot of background noise on my end).
I certainly made the right choice in choosing a real estate agent to sell my property. Nyrelle was friendly and engaging throughout, explained things well and kept in constant contact, giving us regular reviews and updates. And although the market itself was in a bit of a slump at the time, Nyrelle gave us realistic expectations of what we could expect to sell for, which we ultimately did. I will happily recommend Nyrelle to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reliable real estate agent.

Nyrelle and James have been amazing from the start, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, but most of all warm friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Even down to offering to wash my windows etc as I was struggling with family issues with my dad passing and mum breaking her hip, plus shift work. Every week Nyrelle offered to help. Selling a home is a very stressful time but James and Nyrelle kept us up to date every step of the way.
