Brilliant help from start to finish, not only in selling us an apartment but also on taking us through the the whole process of how to go about it. Then offering to sell our house if we did not have an agent in mind. kept us up to date with the different stages, advertising, setting up the photographer, the design layout contact Chloe. Then keeping us up to date with appointments to view the house in Covid A9 conditions, first only two people a day, then 10 people a day. Regular updates on how the viewings went. We do not know where to start with all the good things Norma has done for us. But the biggest thing we will remember is how Norma made buying our first home comfortable and not as intimidating or overwhelming like we thought it would.
