Noel's enthusiasm distinguished him immediately. We are out of town so we relied on Noel to do more-than-usual hands-on help with the property. We are very grateful for his assistance. Noel was keen to take on the job of marketing the house and nothing was a problem. His energy turned out to be crucial because it soon became clear that we were selling in what was the flattest market in years (Winter 2024). What we initially thought would be an easy sale turned out to be quite a mission. However, despite the very difficult market conditions Noel's persistence came through in the end with a result.
